OrderVerify is SaaS (software as a service). There's nothing to install. We set it up for your store, the AI agent runs in the cloud, and you pay a plan based on your order volume.
What does the AI agent say on the call?
It introduces itself on behalf of your store, reads back the order and the cash-on-delivery amount, and asks the customer to confirm. The call is short and polite.
What if the customer says it isn't their order?
Answers like "my sister ordered it" or "I didn't order this" are marked "Needs review", so your team can check before shipping.
What happens if nobody picks up?
The order is marked "No answer", so you can decide whether to call again, message the customer or hold the parcel.
Can the agent change an address or the order?
